We use a highly flexible application (App) designed, built and tested by Mobius, for all audits we conduct.  We structure audits in accordance with client requirements and objectives. Features of our software include:

• Configurable (highly flexible).

• Application (App) is mobile and desktop device compatible.​

• Audit team can include client representation.

• Multiple users at any one time.

• App synchronises with backend when mobile/desktop device is connected to a network, i.e. no-loss of data when in remote areas.

• Attachments, e.g. pictures included (mobile device with camera required).

• Paperless.

• As the app is produced by us there are no subscription fees passed on to client.

Our audit process is aligned with the ISO9001 Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle:

• P - Establish requirements and objectives, review past audits and schedule the audit.

• D - Conduct the audit.

• C - Analyse the audit data and issue report for client review.

• A - Revise audit based on client feedback and issue for use.
